My blog is about all thing related to families.  Because I believe that a family is the most important unit there is, no matter its size, shape, or consistency, I believe that nearly every issue out there can be related back to the family.  My title alludes to the fact that all families have something in common, and that we can most likely all help each other in some way or another.

I am a homeschooling, cloth diapering, homebirthing, junk food eating, Mormon mother of four.  My wonderful military and mechanical engineer husband supports me through my attempts at life balance, my personal and career-related pursuits, and my addiction to political talk radio.  One of these days, I’ll go back to college and pursue my dreams in a biomedical research lab and a veterinary hospital.  For now, I’m doing what my family needs me to do the most.
